Trauma-Informed Management Training Series
The stressors placed on human service organizations requires skilled leaders who can regulate team distress, make space for all employee voices, and re-align changing workflows around a shared mission. This training series is designed to support new and seasoned managers to increase their skills and build resilient teams that can thrive through change.
Each topic can be delivered individually, either virtually or in-person. Facilitated by a team of clinical social workers with extensive experience in community-based, human service work, sessions are designed to be engaging and informational, to support and empower those in the human service fields.
