Training
Our live, interactive trainings engage participants in learning, discussion, and application of new skills. Trainings can be delivered virtually or in-person (for those in the Washington, DC area), and are tailored to the roles of the team and populations served. No matter the topic, our goal is always to empower teams with the tools and confidence to enhance their impact, knowing that quality training supports staff satisfaction and improves client care.
Technical Assistance
Technical assistance (consulting) is an opportunity to dig deeper on longer term challenges that may be affecting your organization’s resilience or client care. Our goal is to clarify the areas for change through assessment and guide a roadmap for action, so that common challenges such as an ineffective policy or inefficient workflow do not get in the way of supporting staff or clients.
Coaching
Coaching provides the opportunity for individuals and small groups to process and problem solve organizational and management challenges. Coaching is also an opportunity to build insight about the skills, strengths and coping strategies that empower you in the workplace. Coaching can be for one’s own use, or in support of broader teams. It is a space tailored to the individual and focused on skill building for desired change.
